Book a stall

A feature of the Carnival is the wide variety of stalls run by charitable organisations and local traders.

We offer a discount for local charities, it will be applied automatically once you've filled in the application form.

Please note that the option for caterers to apply is not open this year. Any caterer who makes a booking through the trade stall option will be refunded.

To book, please fill in the form below. Bookings for 2027 will open early in the new year.

Before you start: Please have your PLI and food hygiene certificate to hand, if applicable. And allow time to familiarise yourself with the Health & Safety Guidance and full Terms and Conditions here before applying.

I am bringing a fuel powered generator

If Yes then you must complete and submit a generator risk assessment before arrival. NB: Battery packs are exempt.

I am bringing a gas canister

If Yes then you must complete and submit an LPG risk assessment before arrival.

I have valid Personal Liability Insurance for the date of the event

If No, you must pay £20 more to purchase PLI

I will be serving food items

If Yes, then you must pay special attention to the H&S briefing on food handling and provide a hygiene certificate (this is mandatory for food traders)
