DONATE TO SAVE HANWELL CARNIVAL
Help us secure Hanwell Carnival's future.

This event costs tens of thousands of pounds to put on every year. For a public event of this scale (we welcome around 20,000-25,000 visitors during the day), there are many obligatory regulations we must meet in order to keep everyone safe and comfortable — insurance, security costs, first aiders, refuse collection and many other vital costs all need to be covered for the event to go ahead. We are able to do this through fundraising and donations from our wonderful local community.

Hanwell Carnival is entirely non-profit, run wholly by volunteers with no paid staff. The organisers and everyone involved are volunteers who work hard and are passionate about keeping the oldest carnival in London going and free for all to attend.
Â
So please do support us by giving as much as you can afford.
Â
Of course, financial donations are not the only way to help. There are many other ways you can help keep Hanwell Carnival going.
Â
You could volunteer with us, whether on the day of the event itself or by lending a hand with our fundraising activities throughout the year. If you'd like to take on a more active role, you're welcome to join our organising committee, where fresh ideas and enthusiasm are always appreciated.

If you're a local business, there are several ways you can get involved too. You could donate a prize for one of our raffles or competitions, advertise in our programme to reach thousands of visitors on the day, or become a sponsor of next year's carnival and help us secure its future while gaining valuable exposure within the community. Explore all options of how you can help here.

However you choose to support us, every contribution — big or small — helps ensure Hanwell Carnival remains free and open to all for many years to come.
