Time: 20:00–22:00 (doors open at 18:30)
Venue: William Hobbayne Centre, 1 St Dunstan’s Road, Hanwell, W7 2EY

2. Tickets
Ticket validity

Each ticket is valid for admission for one person unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by the Organiser.

Ticket sales

Tickets are sold subject to availability. Please check the event details carefully before purchasing a ticket.
3. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if you are no longer able or choose not to attend. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We may offer a ticket exchange or transfer to another event as an alternative, but you will not be required to accept this instead of a refund.

If the event is postponed or there is a material change to the date, time or venue, we will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the available options, including any applicable refund rights.
4. Lost or Stolen Tickets
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you lose your ticket, please contact us and we will try to verify your booking where possible.
5. Event Access and Conduct
Right of admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the event, any person where reasonably necessary for safety or security reasons, for serious or disruptive misconduct, or for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or reasonable instructions from event staff. Any such decision will be made in accordance with applicable law.

Security
For safety and security reasons, attendees may be asked to allow a reasonable inspection of bags or belongings. Where there are reasonable safety or security grounds, refusal may result in admission being refused.

Prohibited items
Weapons, illegal substances, items that may reasonably be considered dangerous, and any items prohibited by the venue must not be brought into the event.
Outside food or drink is also prohibited, subject to reasonable exceptions for medical or accessibility requirements.

Conduct
Attendees must behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Disruptive, threatening, abusive or otherwise seriously inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.

Photography and filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for event documentation and promotional purposes.
​
Where appropriate, notices will be displayed at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let an event organiser know and we will take reasonable steps to respect your request.
​
Any personal data collected through photography or filming will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, and the Organiser will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal property unless caused by the Organiser's negligence or other breach of legal duty.

7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
The Organiser will not be responsible for additional losses or costs resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, emergencies or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
This does not affect your rights under Section 3 if the event is cancelled or materially changed, or any other statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
